Introduction

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. It clarifies a number of issues regarding personal information and data that we collect through Kabinet.bg, as well as the purposes for which we may use or provide them.

For us, the confidentiality of your information and the protection of your personal data is important. We are committed to ensuring adequate protection of the personal data you provide to us. By using Kabinet.bg, you declare that you have read, understand the content and agree to this Privacy Policy.

The online platform Kabinet.bg (the Platform) is created and managed by the Bulgarian Society of Psychoanalysis and Group Analysis (BSPGA). The platform provides an opportunity for users to receive remote psycho-social support and psychotherapy from experienced counselors (psychotherapists; supervised psychotherapists; and social workers) through various forms of online counseling, information, conversation and psychotherapy. To be able to provide these services BSPGA collects personal data and information through the various channels of the Platform. The collected personal data and information are stored responsibly and lawfully, in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, adopted by the European Union in 2018.

What information do we collect about you?

This is information that you provide to us through the channels for access to the services of the Platform. In order to use the services of the Platform, you may need to provide all or part of the following data:

  • full name
  • e-mail / Skype
  • personal tepehone
  • names and contacts of a close relative in case of need
  • date of birth
  • citizenship
  • country of origin

By providing the above information, you expressly consent to the collection and processing for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Any other personal information related to the reason for contacting us, as well as that shared with the Consultant when using the services of the Platform, is considered strictly confidential and can be accessed only by the Consultant to whom this information is disclosed. This type of information is provided to the Consultant at the discretion of the user only during their communication. It shall not be recorded or made available to third parties on any occasion.

Usage data

The Platform also collects information about how the Services are accessed and used ( "Usage Data" ). Such usage data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address ( eg IP address ), browser type, browser version, services provided, time and date provided, duration of sessions, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Tracking Data and Cookies

The platform uses "cookies" and similar technologies to track activities related to the services provided, as well as to provide certain information. "Cookies" are files containing data that may include an anonymous unique identifier. "Cookies" are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.

Examples of cookies we use:
  • Session cookies. We use them to operate our Services.
  • "Cookies" for security. We use them for security purposes.

How do we collect your personal data and information?

  • When you contact us through one or more of the Platform's communication channels: phone, email, chat, virtual meeting rooms.
  • When you use any of our real-time interactive services: virtual meeting rooms (individual or group), chat.
  • When you have expressed a desire to receive information or assistance regarding the nature and means of providing our Services;
  • When you respond to our inquiries through the Platform in the process of processing your applications to participate in our activities;
  • In connection with the investigation of illegal activities or violations of the rules of use of the Platform;
  • In connection with any activity on the Platform where you knowingly and voluntarily provide personal information and data.

How do we use your personal data and information?

In response to your inquiries;
  • For registration upon your stated desire to use our services;
  • To optimize or improve our programs, services and activities;
  • For research and development of our activity;
  • To inform you of changes to our policies;
  • To administer our organization, including for accounting and reporting purposes.
  • To Detect, investigate and prevent actions that may violate our policies or be illegal.

We have the right to process your personal data, which you have made available to BSPGA through the Platform, in accordance with all legal requirements, the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679 and BSPGA reporting procedures to third parties.

Transfer of personal data

Your personal data is collected, stored, processed, disclosed and destroyed in accordance with applicable EU law, the General Terms and Conditions of the Platform and this Privacy Policy. The transfer of data outside the European Economic Area is carried out only in the event that all necessary data protection measures have been taken, according to the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data ( EU ) 2016/679.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information

BSPGA is committed to the application of the highest standards of ethical and legal practices in all its activities and to the protection of the personal data and information of all users of the Platform. BSPGA does not grant access to or use of the provided personal data and information free of charge or for remuneration.

You consent to your personal data being provided to certain third parties, including:

  • Partners, suppliers and subcontractors of BSPGA for the purposes of executing a concluded contract to which BSPGA is a party in connection with the creation and management of the Platform;
  • Service providers that help us improve and optimize our business.

These third parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of any personal information and data collected by BSPGA through the Platform. They may not use, sell, distribute or modify this information in any way except for the purposes of performing the services assigned by us.

Where do we store and how do we protect your personal data and information?

The platform was developed and uses Google's G Suite for Nonprofits and on top of Tilda. BSPGA is familiar with and follows the G-Suite Data Protection Manual ( 2.6 MB, PDF ). BSPGA is committed to responsibly guarding the confidentiality of personal information provided. We take all reasonable measures to ensure optimal protection of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We have strict security procedures in place when storing and providing your personal data to prevent unauthorized access and in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 , as well as best practices from international standards.

You expressly consent to our information practices, including the collection, use, processing and disclosure of your information and data, as set forth in this Privacy Policy. You agree that the laws, other regulations and standards of the country in which your personal data and information are stored and processed may be different from those of the country in which you are located.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information and data, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you submit through the Platform. Any submission of information is at your own risk. We implement strict procedures and safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information and data.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information stored about you at any time. If you wish to have such access, please write to info@kabinet.bg with the title "Access Request".

How do we use your personal data and information?

If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, complaints regarding BOPGA's use of your information and data, if you would like to change the information you have provided, or if you believe that BSPGA has incorrect, out-of-date or incomplete information about you, please send an email to info@kabinet.bg .
